The Kokopelli10K and 5K Run is multisport event where you will be racing alongside athletes of all levels, on the same run course as the Kokopelli Triathlon. This endurance event is family-friendly, and the venue is exceptional! Experience picturesque views of the red sandstone and deep turquoise waters creating an unforgettable day! The course’s elevation will test your endurance, and you will have to race up a hill before reaching the finish line. Kokopelli makes for a can’t miss RACE-cation. 5K Course
Enjoy the most scenic run course along the edge of Sand Hollow! Begin your run at the north end of Transition, follow the chute out to the Dam. Run alongside the Dam for approximately 1 mile then continue on the paved road for half a mile until the Sprint Turnaround, then head back the same way you came. There will be an aid station at each mile marker. Remember to stay on the water-side of Lake Side Drive because the road will not be closed to traffic.
10K Course
Enjoy the most scenic route along the edge of the lake. Begin your run at the north end of Transition, follow the chute out to Lakeside Dr. Run alongside the Dam for approximately 1 mile then continue on the paved road for 2 miles until the Olympic Turnaround, then head back the same way you came. There will be an aid station at each mile marker. Remember to stay on the water-side of Lake Side Drive because the road will not be closed to traffic
